Creative Art Therapies

Living as a human being in today’s world presents many challenges. Making sense of one’s experiences, hopes and desires may not be preferable, appropriate or even available for some through talk therapy. Creative Art Therapies (CAT) invites safe exploration of conscious and unconscious material through supported facilitation. Witnessed expression of one’s internal world through varied mediums, including paint, clay, drawing mediums, writing, collage and movement can provide individuals with insight, clarity, connection and deepened capacity for embodied awareness, acceptance and desired change.

Research supports CAT as a meaningful and effective approach for individuals affected by trauma, PTSD/ CPTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment and other developmental issues alongside being beneficial in identity formation and addressing challenges at all life stages.

Creative expression is about process, not outcomes. You will safely be guided through processes that support your needs. No creative experience is required.
